On the grounds, you'll have access to a swimming pool to enjoy all summer. You'll also be just around the corner from Northside park which contains a recreation center that has basketball, pickleball and volleyball courts. It's also the perfect location for getting around on foot, with the beach five blocks east, Northside Park less than a mile north, and Coastal Highway's many restaurants, bars, and markets even closer. Begin each morning in the fragrant coastal breeze, as you relax outside on one of two balconies. The upper balcony off the primary suite is perfect for morning coffee; the downstairs deck off the living room is the spot for alfresco meals beneath the umbrella. Enter on the first floor, hang your beach towels by the door, and make yourself at home in an open, sun-lit, centrally air-conditioned living space. The interior has an easy elegance about it, from the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances to the living room with a smart TV. The bedrooms are spread out between the three floors, each paired with its own full bathroom.
