Welcome to Heron Haven, your perfect home away from home in Ocean City! Nestled on the serene Assawoman Bay side of the island, this retreat offers a quiet escape while keeping you just minutes from the pristine sands of the Ocean City Beach. Located in the desirable Heron Harbour community less than a half-mile from Coastal Highway, you are within easy walking distance of local restaurants, grocery markets, Starbucks, and fresh seafood spots. For outdoor enthusiasts and families, Northside Park—a beautiful venue for summer events—is less than a mile away, and the thrills of Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Trimper's Rides are just a short drive. Enjoy the fresh air from your private, furnished covered deck, or take advantage of the community’s three shared pools, including a lap pool, a large swimming pool, and a dedicated children's pool. Inside, you’ll be greeted by tasteful beach decor and a spacious, open floor plan designed for comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features stylish granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. After a day of sun and surf, unwind in the inviting living area, which features comfortable seating and a large TV perfect for relaxing movie nights. RESORT AMENITIES Pool The outdoor pools open seasonally from the end of May through late September. From May 23, 2026 through September 7, 2026, the main, lap and kiddie pools are open (with lifeguards at the main and lap pools). From September 8, 2026, through September 25, 2026, only the main pool is open (no lifeguards). The indoor pool and tennis court are not for guest use. THINGS TO KNOW The twin bed is extra long. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
