This ocean view condo enjoys access to wonderful shared amenities that include an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool - all within steps of the beach. At this beach block condo in North Ocean City, you'll enjoy great southern exposure, views of the Atlantic Ocean, brand new central air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with a NuWave oven. There are even two full bathrooms for a bit of extra privacy and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels nightly. The Outrigger is a two-story building located on the corner of 141st Street. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (not even balconies). There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated. The Outrigger offers high-speed WiFi throughout the building (there is a fee for using this service). Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
