Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a polished living room with a flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead outside to the balcony. Ocean Break enjoys a wonderful location in North Ocean City, one block off Coastal Highway and two (very) short blocks from the beach. You'll have access to a rooftop pool with a view of the ocean and a number of excellent restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and attractions in the surrounding blocks, including Dumser's Dairyland, The Fractured Prune, and beautiful, 58-acre Northside Park. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
