You'll be an easy walk from local favorites that include Skye Bar & Grille, Dead Freddies Island Grill, Longboard Cafe, and The Dough Roller, and about two miles north of Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park. The world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk, perfect for a day of rides and games, also begins only two miles south. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
