The sunlit living area features a TV and a sleeper sofa, with a sliding wall provided to give guests privacy. Step outside to your furnished third-floor balcony that overlooks the ocean waters. Breathe in the fresh coastal air while you dine alfresco or sip evening cocktails. During your stay at Fountainhead Towers, you'll enjoy access to a plethora of on-site amenities. Rinse off in the outdoor showers after beach days and lounge by the shared outdoor pool with a vacation read. Or, head to the tennis court where you can practice your back swing. A private walkway to the beach provides added convenience. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Streaming is available using your own accounts. A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
