The living room is inviting with comfortable furnishings that include two sofas and an armchair, and a flatscreen TV with cable. What's nearby: Situated on 138th St. in peaceful North Ocean City, it is located near many great dining locations including The Crab Cake Factory, Tailchasers, and Nick's Original House of Ribs. There is free parking for one car at the lot in front of the building (with additional on-street parking available, first come first served) and an elevator with bellhop carts for your convenience. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
