Inside, discover an open and sunny floor plan consisting of a well-equipped, full kitchen, a table and chairs for meals or family game nights, and a living area with a TV for streaming your favorite channels. Additional amenities and features offered at this condo include internet access, cooling central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to help you stay in control of your laundry during your stay. On-site, you and your guests will enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool, tennis court, and of course miles of sandy beach located just steps from your door. Additionally, you don't have to travel far to find several local restaurants and shops, some of which are just a short walk from this property. RESORT AMENITIES - Outdoor pool - Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
