And right outside, take in infinite ocean views off your furnished balcony. You'll be just a few steps from the beach as well as several restaurants and shops. Visit The Original Crabcake Factory just a couple blocks away for a great meal and a tempting dessert. For visiting anglers, Pitboss Fishing charters is only two miles south and ready to take you out with seasoned professionals to catch your limit of striped bass and rockfish. Take a six-and-a-half mile drive south to discover the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, where you'll find a variety of unique eateries, midway games, and fun shops. And for outdoor enthusiasts, grab your camera and explore the beautiful and peaceful Assawoman Wildlife Area, just 10 miles from your door. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please be mindful, the refrigerator and stove are both an older and reliable style. Please see listing photos for reference. There is an elevator in the building. Easy access for guests with limited mobility. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
