Welcome to the most fun you'll have this side of the Atlantic Ocean - Sunset Island! A memorable beach getaway awaits your family at this Ocean City rental. This home features two neighboring properties - each displaying a six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom layout - that boasts high-end comfort and sophistication, along with coastal charm in Ocean City's most luxurious gated community. With adequate space between the two homes, this rental provides an amazing space for gathering and entertaining. This sparkling and sunlit home sits right on the water with a grand view 24 hours a day and access to all the waterfront activities you could imagine including paddle boating, fishing, parasailing, shelling, swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkeling, and much more. Don't miss Ocean City's many historic buildings, including City Hall, the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum, and the Atlantic Hotel, originally built in 1875. For nighttime activities, you can't beat the array of local eateries, entertainment, amusement parks, and outlet shops. You and your guests will also have access to a nearby fitness room as well as indoor and outdoor pools. Inside this gorgeous, newly-renovated, four-story home is a brightly lit interior filled with natural light, plenty of comfy seating for good conversation and catching up on your favorite shows, two large kitchens with a breakfast bar and state-of-the-art appliances, and there are even four ovens for those big American holiday get-togethers! The large, sunny dining area is perfect for great meals and conversation. Enjoy relaxing in the jetted tub or washing away the activities of the day in the walk-in shower. On the top floor, you'll find another TV in the quaint sitting area where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony, or your evening glass of wine. No matter what the occasion, Sunset Island will fulfill your vacation fantasies. SHARED AMENITIES - Indoor and outdoor pools - Fitness room - Dock THINGS TO KNOW The building registration fee includes six facility passes and 3 parking passes of 57 Island Edge Dr. and six facility passes and three parking passes for 59 Island Edge Dr. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $200. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $300. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $400 One additional parking permit may be available for purchase for an additional $70 at the community's clubhouse discretion based on availability. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off after visiting the beach. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
