Step inside, and you'll be welcomed by a spacious and well-equipped living room featuring a brick wood-burning fireplace, endless board games for fun evenings at home, and comfortable furniture in front of the smart TV with Roku. When mealtime comes around, the group's chef will have everything they need to fix the most delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. You'll find granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave. In addition to the dining table, right off the kitchen is a breakfast bar, perfect for quick meals on the go. This level also has a washer/dryer. The main bedroom has an en suite full bath with a walk-in shower and a private balcony with beach chairs. THINGS TO KNOW There is no cable. Roku Streaming is available. This home does not have any ground-floor bedrooms. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
