This two-story penthouse has ocean and bay views for miles! Start each day watching the sunrise from your private furnished balcony 25 floors above beautiful Ocean City. The fun will be at your doorstep with direct beach access from the building, indoor and outdoor pools, and a shared arcade and game room. Fitness-minded guests can make use of the tennis and basketball courts and on-site fitness center, while bibliophiles head to the library to choose their latest beach reads. Your top-floor sanctuary is the only home in the building with a full staircase - lighted by an ornate chandelier. An abundance of natural light streams in through a soaring wall of windows. Prepare your favorite meal in the newly-renovated kitchen with brand-new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and French county cabinets. There's more than enough seating for your whole group in the spacious dining nook. If you have any work to complete before you can play, set up shop at the full-size desk in the living area. High-speed WiFi ensures you can attend video conferences or stream your favorite show on one of the Roku-equipped TVs. A $100 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due at check-in. When available, additional parking is $10 per vehicle per night and is on a first come, first served basis. The parking is located on the first floor. PARKING: ONE parking space available. Register at Building for a fee. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
