An onsite, heated pool and oceanfront deck offer another spot to work on your tan. Restaurants, shopping, theme parks, mini golf, and more are all minutes away. At home, the open floor plan boasts charming, beachy decor and lots of natural light. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the gadgets you need to cook your best recipes. A washer/dryer and central AC offer another layer of convenience. Relax in the cozy living area while you watch the latest shows, pop in a DVD from the on-hand library, listen to music, or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Grab a board game for more family time before bed, or step back out to the balcony to toast your good luck at booking the perfect Ocean City escape. THINGS TO KNOW A $40 non-refundable Pyramid registration fee (Cash Only) is required year round and is to be paid at the Pyramid at the time of check in. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $20 per night (CASH ONLY). Please ensure to display any parking permit at all times. The $40 fee covers WEEKLY lengths of stays, for instance a guest staying 2 nights or 1 week will pay $40. A guest staying any amount of time OVER one week would then pay $80. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
