With effortless beach access, you will be able to dig your toes in the warm sand, daily. But when you aren't playing by the surf, head for the area's fabulous hotspots of shops and restaurants. Tropical-themed decor pieces, soft furnishings, and updated appliances make up the condo's interior. The water view living room boasts comfortable sofas, a large TV, an Xbox 360, and a Wii. When you aren't hanging out here, head for the private balcony - perfect for morning sips of coffee and evening cocktail cheers. When hunger hits, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's gleaming countertops and updated appliances to whip up delicious dishes. Dining will come naturally at the breakfast bar or at the formal dining table. There is plenty of space to sprawl out in the bedrooms. With private TVs, high-quality linens, and central air-conditioning - your loved ones are sure to be more than satisfied with their sleeping quarters. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and building elevator access. As evening nears, get outside and watch the marvelous orange, yellow, and pink hues of the sunset meet the ocean. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Guests must bring their own Xbox/Wii games. PARKING: TWO assigned parking spaces available. Assigned parking spaces labeled R06 and H02. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please watch street signs to avoid being towed. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
