Seaside Retreat is located on the ocean block in North Ocean City, with Coastal Highway on one side providing you with fantastic access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The building has a rooftop swimming pool overlooking the ocean and an exercise room, while the beach is down the street. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, and walking and jogging paths, is three-quarters of a mile south. And the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping await three-quarters of a mile north across the Delaware state line. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
