The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare the most delicious meals and beach snacks. This family-friendly condo also has access to a community pool that will refresh you after a long and active day in town. Just a four blocks walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Ocean City. From the boardwalk to the Jolly Roger at the Pier amusement park, there are plenty of things to keep you busy during your vacation. You could also simply relax on the beach with a good book or swim in the ocean waves. Up and down the Coastal Highway you will find several different restaurants to dine at and shops to pop in to as well. THINGS TO KNOW Property does not provide cable Smoking is prohibited. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
