The interior of this gem will welcome each visitor with open arms after full days of excitement. The lower level will be ideal for entertaining and mingling from room to room with the open layout, high-end furnishings, and modern updates throughout. The full kitchen will be a cook's dream, as any recipe will be a breeze with the stainless steel appliances, oversized island, modern cookware, and bar seating. And, the adjacent living area features a TV with streaming capabilities and access to one of the decks with a gas grill. Indulge in that long-awaited getaway and let your worries slip away as you look out to calm waters here in Ocean Pines! THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available with guests' own accounts. There are stairs leading to the front door of the home. Parking: Four designated on-site driveway parking spaces are included with this rental. Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities. Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
