This two-level, canal-front home enjoys a truly beautiful setting in North Ocean Pines. Not only will you have a private dock just outside your door, you'll be treated to canoes and kayaks to take out on the water every morning. The interior is full of natural light, with the first level home to the living room, the dining room, the fully appointed kitchen, and the primary bedroom. Outside on this floor are a large deck and a screened-in porch for al fresco dining with a view of the woods. The second floor features two bedrooms, a hallway bathroom, a den with two twin beds, and a loft sitting area. Free WiFi, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well. Things to Know Full kitchen This home features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience The canoes and kayaks are to be used at guests' own risk; they are not guaranteed No smoking and no pets allowed Parking: Four driveway parking spaces are included with this rental. Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities. Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
