Enter by way of the spacious kitchen, with a laundry room to your right just waiting to refresh the day's swimsuits and towels. The kitchen is connected by a breakfast bar and a pass-through window to the living room, giving the chef of the family an easy view of the flatscreen TV. Moving toward the rear of the house, you'll find a den with another TV, a sunroom that's full of light, and a back deck where you can spend balmy evenings. Free WiFi and central air conditioning are provided for your comfort as well. This home features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience No smoking and no pets allowed Parking: Four driveway parking spaces are included with this rental. Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities. Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
