This centrally located Ocean Pines home offers beautiful living quarters and a private enclosed yard. Under the sun, spend time with your favorite people while barbecuing and dining alfresco at the picnic table. When you'd prefer to dine out, Ocean Pines offers a plethora of delicious dining options. While you're out and about, be sure to check out Paradise Watersports, Embers Island Mini Golf, Baja Amusements, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion. When all you want to do is relax, settle down in front of the living room's gas fireplace and stream your favorite show on the smart TV. A second cozy seating area is available in the family room, ideal for the kid's morning cartoon viewings. Sure to delight any chef, the full kitchen effortlessly gleams with its farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. When you need some privacy, the primary bedroom boasts its own en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and a large vanity. Rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended as each bedroom features high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage space. A private washer/dryer and a collection of board games round out the stellar interior amenities. End another day on vacation gathered around the fire pit's dancing flames. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking: Four driveway parking spaces are included with this rental. Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities. Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
