Start your vacation on the green at this bright, two-story townhouse. Lounge in the comfy chairs on the deck and watch the golfers play their rounds. The home's open interior is decorated in a minimalist style and furnished for your comfort. If you enjoy cooking on vacation, there's a full kitchen to prepare meals. Dine at the main six-seater table or enjoy an intimate bite at the additional bistro table nestled in a sunny corner on the opposite end of the home. After a fun day exploring local antique shops or sunning on the beach, return home to unwind. Sink into the plush sofas in the main living area and stream a movie on the smart TV. The downstairs bonus room provides more space to spread out and features a wet bar where you can fix yourself a cocktail. Additional in-home amenities include high-speed WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities. Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
