The great room features new cork flooring! This home offers an open den area off the living room (known as the Library), plus screened porch and open-air deck with a large table and chairs overlooking the pond and fountain. It also has central air conditioning, an updated kitchen with granite countertops with a new dishwasher, a full-size washer and dryer, a new HVAC system (June 2016), and more. Five flatscreen TVs, two DVDs, Blu-ray, CD player, gas fireplace, iPod docking station, Portable induction cooking unit for use on the deck, wireless Internet (via an upgraded router built to handle multiple users). The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court, and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center.
