Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere throughout the two-bedroom space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Sip morning coffee on the screened patio, which offers lovely pond views and alfresco dining. There's also a balcony with additional seating. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Find the epitome of comfort in the spacious main bedroom, boasting a large closet and a lovely en suite bathroom. For convenience, a washer/dryer is provided. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who purchase amenity passes must do so on-site. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
