With four TVs, cable, and WiFi, entertainment options are plentiful. The central air-conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate, while the fireplace adds a cozy touch on cooler evenings. The well-equipped, full kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, plus there’s even a gas grill for BBQ enthusiasts. You’ll also find a washer/dryer for added convenience. The yard is fully fenced in, and the deck is gated. Outside, a water feature runs along the back of the yard, adding a peaceful ambiance to the property. Enjoy the community amenities, including pickleball and tennis courts, a shared swimming pool, and a sauna. For golf enthusiasts, the Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club is just a stone's throw away, offering 27 holes of championship golf. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center.
