At home, you'll have your choice of indoor or outdoor venues for family gatherings and casual downtime. Sip cocktails out on the deck while watching golfers play past, or fire up the grill and treat your guests to a backyard barbecue. A gorgeous gas fire table sets the scene for starlight soireés. Inside, there's a sunny sitting room for morning coffee or quiet reading time, while the main living area features plenty of plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV for comfortable home entertainment. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
