With access to three nine-hole courses at Beach Trap Dunes, and less than 30 minutes from the many other outstanding golf courses in the area, this property is perfect for golf trips. Being so close to the clubhouse, the location is perfect for people attending weddings. The location is also less than 15 minutes’ drive from Bethany Beach. Weekly passes to the community pool and recreation facility with hot tub and sauna are available for an additional fee. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available
