This peaceful community also surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club and is located about four miles from beautiful Bethany Beach. Inside this sunny and spacious, ground-floor condo, you'll find a deluxe, stainless steel kitchen for preparing your favorite recipes, a cozy breakfast nook for casual meals, a more formal dining table for six, and a warm and inviting living area with a gas fireplace, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. This vacation rental also features a covered back patio with a table and chairs for al fresco dining within view of the adjacent pond. The pools are located at the community pavilion.
