Guest passes for amenity use are available for purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. Your private getaway overlooks the ninth hole on the Black Bear course. The interior of your home away from home is a place of pure peace, composed of hardwood flooring, high ceilings, and ample natural lighting. Effortlessly relax, cook, and dine with loved ones amidst the open-concept layout. Accommodating all family members, a crib is available in one of the bedrooms. With central air-conditioning and high-quality linens throughout, no one's comfort will go unattended. The interior perks extend to a jetted tub off the primary bedroom, a separate laundry room, and smart TVs. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Cannot hang towels on front porch per HOA policy. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages four and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
