Inside, the bright interior welcomes you in with its cheery nautical theme and modern must-haves like central air-conditioning, internet access, and a washer/dryer. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy evening entertainment and fireside gatherings in the living room equipped with comfortable seating and a smart TV. This unit is located on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator in the building. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
