With all the Ocean View Beach Club amenities, a location just over two miles from the beach and boardwalk, and style, this home ticks all the boxes for your next Bethany Beach vacation. Set in a quiet residential community, this spacious house offers plenty of room for the gang to spread out. Community amenities (additional fee) include an outdoor pool, a sauna, tennis and basketball courts, and a gym. Or, get your steps in walking the lovely paths throughout the community. When it’s time to head out, hop on the shuttle to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk (available on weekends and major holidays), or make the quick drive and spend a day on the sand. The home's outdoor space includes a charming second-floor balcony – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails mixed at your wet bar downstairs. The interior boasts tasteful, beachy decor, new furnishings, and natural light. The open main level combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one ample space, making it easy to hang out together. The chef will love cooking up a feast with the stainless steel appliances, including a double oven and tons of countertop space for prep. Everyone can dine at the table or grab a barstool at the kitchen island. Relax in the central air-conditioning and grab a spot on the sectional to stream your favorite shows or tune in to the complimentary YouTube TV. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a streaming-capable TV, and there’s another living room upstairs. The split floor plan offers the main suite downstairs plenty of privacy, with the other well-appointed bedrooms upstairs. With everything you’re looking for to create a perfect beach getaway, the only thing missing from this pretty picture is you! Renter wristbands can be purchased at the Management Office located in the Clubhouse via credit card for $45 per person per week from 9 am to 5 pm daily. To enter the Clubhouse and outdoor pool area, you will need to scan a blue access card (will be provided by owner). Everyone age 6 and older must wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible. Clubhouse hours: 5am-10pm. Outdoor pool hours: 9am-9pm. It may be closed occasionally for private events. Ocean View Beach Club offers a seasonal shuttle bus that runs on Saturdays and Sundays only, but also on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Please check with the clubhouse for complete schedule and other great activities! The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
