When you have had your fill of sweet sunshine, head inside and show off your culinary skills in the full kitchen outfitted with all of the modern cookware and appliances you are used to. You will have no trouble staying a part of the conversation while you cook with bar seating, an adjacent dining table, and a spacious living area all flowing seamlessly together in the bright, open layout of the lower floor. When it comes to entertaining, stream favorite shows on the Smart TV in the living area and take advantage of the wet bar to whip up favorite cocktails as the sun goes down. Extra perks include central AC, a second living area with a flatscreen TV upstairs, and a Pack-N-Play for the little ones. Renter wristbands can be purchased at the Management Office located in the Clubhouse via credit card for $45 per person per week from 9 am to 5 pm daily. To enter the Clubhouse and outdoor pool area, you will need to scan a blue access card provided by the owner. Everyone age 6 and older must wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
