Enjoy quiet coastal living at this home nestled on the edge of the James Farm Ecological Preserve. Just a short drive from breweries, restaurants, renowned golf courses, and Bethany Beach, you'll feel like your world's away from everything in the private, fully fenced-in backyard. A large deck comes furnished for outdoor living and a grill is equipped for family barbecues. Beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes and helmets and assorted gear are provided for use during your stay. Inside, stream shows and movies on the smart TV or settle down for game nights in the living room. The full kitchen has all your mealtimes covered. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming is available with guests' personal credentials. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
