This brand-new construction in a tranquil area is the perfect place to sit back and escape it all. Spend tranquil days fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding on the calm lake, or tour the area by visiting fun attractions like Water Wizz of Cape Cod, Pinehills Golf Club, Herring Run, or Plymouth Memorial Hall. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior filled with natural light and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the TV, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's sleep listening to the rolling waves when the wind ripples the lake. Spend time with your loved ones making memories in the game room, playing shuffleboard and board games, or hosting a movie night on the large TV. Take advantage of your direct water access with scenic strolls together by the lake or pack some food and have a picnic with the kids and make memories you'll never forget. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise on the deck. Do the same with sunsets by barbecuing on the porch, and listening to the wildlife settle down for the night. An outdoor firepit is also available for toasty starlight gatherings. THINGS TO KNOW For little guests, a Pack N Play is provided. The home's final updates will be complete in Spring 2023. Boating on the lake is reserved for association members only, there are no rentals and no place to launch a personal motorized boat.. YouTube TV is included. For other streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
