Or spend sun-filled days splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand at the beach - within 15 miles from home. This lovely home offers room and activities for you to enjoy, with plenty of seats by the pool. Prepare meals on the gas grill and enjoy a homestyle cookout. A desk workspace is all set up near the back door is ideal for remote work before jumping into the pool. Walk inside a fresh, newly cleaned home to relax and unwind. Challenge each other to a game of Ping-Pong, or enjoy cooking up delicious foods together in the full kitchen (complete with a fun breakfast bar). Central air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom provide comfort during your stay, and the main bedroom has a private entrance to the back deck, as well as an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. But no matter where you decide to sleep, you're in for fun times and beautiful sunsets at this charming home. A small booster/high chair and a Pack 'n Play as well as beach towels are provided. THINGS TO KNOW The dock is not available for guest use. New housekeeping is provided for guest comfort and convenience. New home construction is being done next door, you could hear related noise during your reservation Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs.
