Tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, the home overlooks a peaceful lake and greenbelt while remaining just minutes from shops, restaurants, beaches, and Fishermen's Village. Start your day with coffee in the enclosed lanai overlooking the private pool with color-changing LED lights. Enjoy a peaceful paddle on the lake with one of the included kayaks, cast a line before breakfast, explore the area on the four provided bikes, or pack the included beach gear for a day on the coast. Inside, you'll find a spacious, updated layout featuring a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and a built-in bar with a wine cooler. Two living areas, a foosball table, and a classic arcade game provide plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. With smart TVs, free WiFi, comfortable workspaces, and three bedrooms plus a den with a Murphy bed, the home offers everything you need for a short getaway or an extended stay. End the day with a barbecue by the pool and enjoy the comfort, privacy, and amenities that make this Punta Gorda retreat feel like home. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed: Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location. Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home. Televisions will be unplugged. Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours. Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage. Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
