A spacious dining room with a wet bar provides even more room to gather with family and friends. The split-bedroom layout offers added privacy, while both bedrooms feature large windows with peaceful backyard views. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet and private access to the pool. For your convenience, the home also offers central air conditioning, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Located in one of Punta Gorda's most desirable neighborhoods, you'll be close to waterfront parks, Fishermen's Village, downtown shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you're lounging by the pool, grilling on the lanai, or exploring the area, this comfortable retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed: Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location. Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home. Televisions will be unplugged. Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours. Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage. Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
