Keep an eye out for manatees that often swim through the canal. The private fishing dock is fully licensed, so no fishing license is required. Cast a line anytime or simply enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting. Inside, the bright, coastal-inspired home features brand-new furnishings, a spacious living room with a 65-inch Smart TV and soundbar, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, an air fryer, spices, and an outdoor grill. The open dining area is perfect for sharing meals and making memories. Located close to downtown Punta Gorda, you'll be minutes from Fishermen's Village, waterfront restaurants, local shops, parks, beaches, and scenic walking and biking trails. Bikes and a bike rack are included so you can explore the area with ease. Whether you're relaxing poolside, fishing from the dock, or enjoying the waterfront views, this coastal retreat is the perfect place to experience the best of Southwest Florida. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed: Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location. Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home. Televisions will be unplugged. Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours. Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage. Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
