Located between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach, this home away from home offers the best of both worlds from an entertainment and restaurant perspective. Carolina Street Beach is a quick walk away and allows dogs before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m. daily. This home boasts outdoor living at its finest! Whether sitting on the back patio enjoying a cool beverage or sharing a meal cooked on the Weber grill, the focal point will be the heated in-ground pool. Kids will love playing basketball with a fun poolside court. The yard has been freshly landscaped with a sweet privacy fence for your safety. The home is also equipped with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Inside, this retreat hosts an inviting living area with a comfortable sectional and a TV and a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a gorgeous kitchen island where you can enjoy all of your meals. For added fun, enjoy a good variety of games and puzzles. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and sand toys are also available should you want to visit the sand and waves again. We are unable to turn it on or off during specific days for your stay. Rentals longer than one week will require a mid-stay clean at the guest's expense. • Rest easy, this vacation rental isn't subject to Rehoboth Beach's recent rental tax increase! • Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
