The massive covered patio comes equipped with a gas grill and ample seating for poolside barbecues. The fenced lawn area provides a safe place for kids to play. Upper and lower living rooms include comfortable sofas and smart TVs for flexible home comfort and indoor entertainment. Many of the rooms are equipped with a dedicated desk for work-from-home convenience. The stainless steel full kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. You'll love the added convenience of two full-size fridges. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The pool will be open and available from April 1 to November 1. No heating fee. The pool is accessible to all three units when they are booked simultaneously; otherwise, the main house has exclusive access.
