Take a short drive to Rehoboth Beach to spend the day in the sand and surf, or stroll on the boardwalk to find excellent shops and restaurants. Bring the family to Shell We Golf for a friendly game of mini golf, or race down the water slides at Jungle Jim's. At the beginning of each day, sip your ritual cup of coffee on the condo's private patio. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals. The living room is spacious and comes adorned with soft seating and a large TV. Both of the bedrooms are spacious and well-decorated, ensuring everyone's comfort. A private washer/dryer and central air conditioning round out the condo's stellar amenities! Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
