Get away from the hustle and bustle with friends and family at this spacious retreat, just two miles from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. A private entrance to the Junction and Breakwater biking trail is right across from the house. Hike nearby Cape Henlopen State Park, spend the day on the beach, hit the waterslides at Jungle Jim’s, just across the road, or visit a local restaurant, brewery, or bakery, with many within walking distance. At home, spend time sipping coffee on the pond-front balcony or enclosed porch each morning, then step inside to make breakfast. You’ll find hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and an open layout, combining the full, well-equipped kitchen with the living room and dining area. Stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space make meal prep a breeze, and everyone can dine together at the table for eight or just grab a snack at the breakfast bar. Hop on one of the provided bikes and explore on two wheels, or spend the day at the community pool and hot tub. Cool off with the central AC when it’s warm, or cozy up with some hot cocoa in front of the gas fireplace when it’s chilly outside.
