Outdoors, cool off in the pool or fire up the gas grill and gather around the table on the patio for the perfect alfresco dining experience. This cottage also comes with central air-conditioning and a convenient washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay. Homeowners do maintain the pool area and garden of the property and may from time to time be on the property The main house has curtains for guest & owner privacy. While cable is not provided, streaming TV services may be accessed using guest accounts. While the cottage is pet-friendly, no dogs may swim in or enter the pool. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
