Over on the mainland, pay a visit to downtown Fort Myers for unparalleled dining, shopping, and entertainment options, less than 30 miles from your door. Boasting a sparkling, sun-kissed interior, this brand new, single-level home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a suite of stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games with the whole family, and a living area with plush seating and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Step outside into your screened and furnished lanai and watch boats pass by on the water or take a few steps down onto your private dock where you can drop in in one of the provided kayaks or the canoe for a paddle along Long Cut Preserve with kayak trails and hidden lagoons. You can watch manatees and dolphins play by day and marine life attracted to underwater dock light by night. This home also includes a desk in one of the bedrooms for remote work or school, central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a gas grill to help you spice up your home-cooked menu. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and dish soap are provided.
