THINGS TO KNOW • For an additional fee ($5 per person per day or $25 per person per week), you and your guests can access a number of Sapphire Valley Resort amenities, including swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All are just a short drive from the home. • Whisper Lake is located just half a mile from the home and is a great spot for fishing, swimming, and enjoying the mountain scenery. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayak or canoe from home to enjoy the lake. • Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their own accounts. • The primary bedroom is on the main level. • There are two queen bedrooms upstairs. • The bunk room is on the lower level. • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. • All guests must abide by our Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. • All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes a dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
