On the first floor you will find a fully stocked kitchen with dining area and bar stools, perfect for savoring a home-cooked meal. The spacious living room features a large flat screen TV, cable and streaming-enabled. Gather the family for game night as you sink into the comfy couch with a connected chaise lounge. The primary bedroom is just off the living room with a king sized bed and full en-suite bath. There is also a half-bath on this floor for added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a loft with more comfy seating and a flat screen TV offering a quiet hang-out. For those who want to bring their personal computers, there is a desk and chair to sit and catch up on emails or post updates on your fabulous vacation. This floor also has a fun kids bedroom with bunks and a trundle bed with bean bag chairs, perfect for reading or socializing. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
