With great spaces inside and out, including a screened porch and patio, this resort getaway features a living and dining area, open well-equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms, including the main suite. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. 4 TVs (all new for 2019), HBO & Showtime, 2 DVDs, 2 Blu-rays, XBox, iPod docking station, books, Keurig, gas grill, gas fireplace, WiFi. Plus, beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed). Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming. Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
