The first floor features hardwood floors and crown molding and is home to the living area and an updated well-equipped kitchen, as well as the rear screened porch and deck, complete with updated furniture and a hard-piped gas grill. Converted into a game room, the garage is now an entertainment hub, including foosball and Ping-Pong. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. Four TVs, a Blu-ray player, and WiFi are available for guest use.
