Meet up for mealtimes or family game nights in the adjacent, sunlit dining area, and then gather in the main living area to stream all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Additional features and amenities include central air-conditioning for your comfort and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will contact you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace and garage are both unavailable to guests. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
