This property is also less than five miles from a variety of local attractions including Viking Golf & Go-Karts, the Freeman Arts Pavilion, the DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, and Fenwick Island State Park. Back home, stock up your fridge and prepare everyone's favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen. Dine at the attached breakfast bar, the nearby dining table, or gathered at the picnic table in your furnished, three-season sunroom where you'll also find a comfortable sofa bed to use as an additional sleeping option. After meals or exciting days out, settle into your living area and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. ((There is no Cable TV and the fireplace is not operational.) A storage shed outdoors offers a space to stow gear as well as a variety of items that guests are welcome to use during their stay. This townhouse also includes a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
