When you book this splendid water-view retreat, you can access community amenities, including an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a tennis court. In addition, you will enjoy a fantastic location near must-visit attractions, including Maryland Beach, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Old Pro Golf, Northside Park, Fenwick Island State Park, and Fenwick Island Lighthouse. This two-story home away from home offers a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living and dining areas. Spread out comfortably in the airy living area after a refreshing time in the pool and stream your favorite movies, series, and sports on the smart TV. If you are visiting during the winter months, the gas fireplace is in charge to keep you nice and toasty during your stay. Attached to the living room is a screened patio with an inviting seating area overlooking the pond. The kitchen is separate from the living areas and is equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals. All bedrooms are located upstairs, adding a much-needed sense of privacy. The primary bedroom enjoys a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer. Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
